In My Mailbox #2

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren. Check out that link for tons of other IMMs.

For Review:

I got some wonderful galleys from netgalley this week! I'm soo excited to read The Vampire Dimitri (comes out in May) by Colleen Gleason. I loved the first book and really liked Dimitri. I didn't like the love interest though... hopefully she's much better in this book. I'm also so excited to read The Goddess Test by Aimee Carter (comes out mid-April). It's a YA mythology book and I always love those. Thank you so much to Harlequin for both of those. Carina Press was kind enough to give me the other two books. I don't know much about either but they both sound really good. Both are being released in about a week.

I didn't win anything this week. I hope to get some things from librarything soon though.

This was a big spending week for me, oops. My library didn't have Unearthy so I bought myself a copy. I'm a huge geek for Nancy Drew and saw those on the bargain shelf at Borders so I grabbed them both. I loved Angels' Blood, which I read a few days ago, so much that I picked up the whole series. Borders and I... aren't getting along. I showed up early on Tuesday morning to buy my copy of Jeaniene Frost's wonderful new book, which I reserved, only for the charming lady to tell me that they weren't getting that book. I had to wait FIVE WHOLE DAYS before my 'special order copy' finally came in. I'm going to share a secret with them: If you want people to shop at your stores and continue to support you, order popular books and don't make people wait or argue with the customer. I also somehow ended up with The Crowfield Curse. I think it might have been another bargain buy.

I have been waiting forever for this book! I'm so excited to read it. It's the physics version of Dan Brown's books. The first in the series is called The Final Theory, and I can't recommend it enough.
